This integrated water treatment equipment combines reverse osmosis host and EDI continuous electrodeionization module, specially designed for producing high-standard industrial ultra-pure water. It effectively removes salt ions, organics, colloids and microorganisms in raw water without chemical regeneration, meeting strict water quality requirements for electronics, pharmacy, laboratory, electroplating and new energy industries.

Superb Ultra-pure Water QualityTwo-stage RO removes most dissolved solids first, then EDI deeply purifies residual ions. The produced water resistivity can reach 15-18.25MΩ*cm, fully satisfying high-end production standards.

Low Operating CostHigh water recovery rate lowers raw water consumption. EDI only consumes low power, saving long-term chemical and labor maintenance expenses.

- Two-stage RO: Primary desalination to eliminate most salts, protect EDI module from fouling
- EDI Module: Deep ion exchange to get high-resistivity ultra-pure water
- Optional post equipment: UV sterilizer, precision polishing filter to further reduce bacteria and particles
Customized water output ranges from 0.5 to 50 cubic meters per hour. The single RO membrane desalination rate exceeds 98%. The finished ultra-pure water resistivity can reach 15-18.25MΩ*cm. The system total water recovery rate is kept at 70% to 80%.
Anti-fouling 8040 RO membranes are adopted as standard, matched with industrial grade EDI stacks. The whole pipeline and frame use 304 or 316 stainless steel to avoid secondary pollution.
Working temperature ranges from 10℃ to 40℃, standard power supply is 380V/50Hz with supporting power configured based on actual water yield.
