This integrated raw water purification equipment is a complete all-in-one solution specially designed for surface water from rivers, lakes, and reservoirs. River and lake water often contains high turbidity, algae, suspended sediment, organic matter, color, and microorganisms, which cannot be directly used for drinking, irrigation, or industrial production.
Our integrated machine combines coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, and multi-medium filtration into one compact unit. It does not require complex civil construction, featuring fast installation and stable outlet water quality. The system can be applied independently or serve as pre-treatment equipment for RO and ultrafiltration systems, making it widely favored by engineering contractors, farms, factories, and municipal water supply projects worldwide.
Working Principle
- Coagulation & Flocculation: Add food-grade flocculant evenly to raw water to gather tiny suspended particles and algae into large flocs.
- Sedimentation: Large flocs sink to the bottom in the sedimentation zone, separating most mud and impurities.
- Multi-layer Filtration: The remaining fine particles, residual algae, and organic chroma are intercepted by composite filter media.
- Automatic Backwash: The system triggers self-cleaning regularly to discharge sludge, maintaining continuous purification efficiency.
