Product Overview

This two-stage reverse osmosis ultrapure water system is specifically designed for cosmetics, skincare, lotion, cream, essence, facial mask, and daily chemical production lines, fully complying with GMP cosmetic hygiene production standards.

The system purifies raw tap water, underground well water, or surface water through two-stage serial RO filtration with complete pretreatment and post-sterilization modules. It effectively removes calcium & magnesium ions, heavy metals, colloids, organic matter, residual chlorine, bacteria, silica, and soluble salts.

Compared with single-stage RO equipment, dual-stage reverse osmosis achieves over 99.5% total desalination rate, providing far more stable water purity to meet strict formula water demands of high-end cosmetics, skincare, and personal care factories worldwide.

Complete Working Process
Step 1: Multi-grade Pretreatment System
  • Multimedia sand filter: intercepts sediment, rust, and large suspended solids
  • Activated carbon filter: eliminates residual chlorine, peculiar smell, and organic pollutants
  • Automatic water softener (optional): reduces raw water hardness to prevent membrane scaling
  • 5μm security precision filter: blocks tiny particles to protect RO membrane elements
Step 2: First-stage Reverse Osmosis

High-pressure pump pushes raw water through high-flux RO membranes, removing 97%-98% of soluble salts, heavy metals, and colloids. Primary pure water flows into intermediate buffer tank, while concentrated water can be recycled to boost water recovery rate up to 85%-90%.

Step 3: Inter-stage pH Adjustment Tank

Custom alkali dosing port removes dissolved CO₂ in primary pure water, lowers silicon content to improve second-stage desalination efficiency, which is critical for stable cosmetic water conductivity.

Step 4: Second-stage Deep Reverse Osmosis

Secondary RO membrane stack deeply removes residual trace ions, silicon, and organic substances. Final pure water conductivity stabilizes at 1-5μS/cm, fully meeting cosmetic process water standards.

Step 5: Terminal Sterilization & Storage Module

Equipped with UV TOC degradation sterilizer + 0.22μm terminal microfilter to inhibit bacteria reproduction; matched with 316L sterile stainless steel water tank for clean water storage without secondary pollution.
