This industrial water softener is specially developed for circulating cooling water systems of chemical factories. It efficiently removes calcium and magnesium hardness ions in makeup water, effectively inhibiting limescale deposition on heat exchangers, condensers, cooling towers and circulating pipelines.
The system prevents heat transfer efficiency decline, pipeline blockage and equipment corrosion risks caused by scaling, adapting to complex water quality conditions of chemical workshops to stabilize long-term continuous production.
High-capacity anti-pollution cation exchange resin resists trace chemical impurities, suspended solids and weak acid substances in factory raw water, preventing pollution and blockage during long-term operation.
Continuous supply of low-hardness soft water prevents scale layer attachment on heat exchange equipment, maintains stable heat dissipation performance, reduces energy consumption, and cuts factory power costs.
Two resin tanks run alternately. One tank provides soft water while the other automatically completes backwash, brine suction and rinsing. No shutdown for regeneration, matching 24-hour continuous production requirements.
Equipped with flow-time dual control valve, optional online hardness real-time monitoring, salt shortage alarm, power-off memory and fault self-diagnosis, enabling unattended operation in chemical equipment rooms.
Low-hardness softened circulating water greatly reduces dosage of scale inhibitors and dispersants, lowering chemical consumption and wastewater treatment pressure while meeting environmental discharge requirements.
Makeup water of cooling circulation system flows into resin tank, where calcium and magnesium hard ions are fully adsorbed by exchange resin to produce qualified soft water entering cooling tower and heat exchange pipeline.
When resin reaches saturated adsorption state, the system automatically switches to standby tank to maintain continuous water supply. The saturated tank carries out complete automatic regeneration cycle and enters standby state after completion.
