Double Stage RO Water Desalination Equipment Ultra Low Salinity PLC Control Stainless Steel Construction
Double Stage RO Water Desalination Equipment
,Low Salinity PLC Control Desalination Equipment
,Double Stage RO Desalination Plant
This two-stage reverse osmosis desalination system is specifically engineered for power station boiler feed water treatment. It effectively removes dissolved salts, heavy metals, colloids, and suspended solids through a two-step purification process, significantly reducing water conductivity to meet ultra-low salinity standards required for power plant boilers.
The purified water prevents boiler scaling, corrosion, and steam quality deterioration, ensuring safe, stable, and high-efficiency operation of thermal power generating units.
Primary RO removes most salt substances while secondary RO deeply filters residual ions, producing water with extremely low conductivity that perfectly matches medium and high-pressure boiler feed water requirements.
Equipped with industrial anti-pollution brackish water RO membranes and matched multi-media pretreatment system that intercepts sediment, algae, and organics, reducing membrane fouling frequency and extending service life.
Full PLC touch screen automatic control with auto membrane flushing, real-time monitoring of pressure, flow and conductivity, plus multi-point fault alarm. Designed for round-the-clock continuous operation.
Optimized pipeline and high-pressure pump layout improves overall water recovery rate while energy-saving high-pressure pumps reduce long-term power operation costs.
Main frame, pipeline and filter tanks constructed from 304/316L stainless steel, resisting complex ion composition in power plant raw water and avoiding secondary pollution.
Primary RO: Bulk desalination to eliminate over 98% of total dissolved solids
Secondary RO: Deep desalination to further reduce ion content for high-standard boiler water
Optional post-treatment: EDI module for ultra-pure water required by supercritical power boilers
Customized water output ranges from 5 to 200 cubic meters per hour, suitable for small thermal power plants and large power station central water rooms.
Single membrane desalination rate exceeds 98%. The conductivity of two-stage RO produced water can be controlled below 5μS/cm.
Overall system water recovery rate maintains 70%-83%. Standard configuration uses 8040 anti-fouling RO membranes, PLC full automatic control system and stainless steel integrated frame.
Applicable operating temperature: 10℃-45℃, standard power supply 380V/50Hz, with high-pressure pumps configured according to actual water yield requirements.
