This RO Post Polishing Mixed Bed is a professional high-precision water deep purification equipment designed for secondary polishing treatment of reverse osmosis effluent. Standard two-stage RO systems can remove most impurities, but still retain trace soluble salts, micro electrolytes and residual conductive substances, which restrict water resistivity and fail to meet high-standard industrial production requirements.
Serving as an ideal terminal polishing unit for RO water systems, this mixed bed equipment adopts high-activity anion and cation mixed resin filling structure. It can thoroughly capture ultra-fine residual ions that cannot be filtered by RO membranes, effectively improving and stabilizing outlet water resistivity. With reliable deep desalination performance, simple structure and stable long-term operation, it is a perfect terminal upgrading solution for various industrial high-purity water systems.
Qualified low-conductivity water treated by two-stage RO pretreatment steadily flows into the post-polishing mixed bed tank. The internal uniformly mixed high-purity ion exchange resin fully contacts with RO effluent and performs deep adsorption and exchange on residual trace sodium ions, chloride ions, silica and other conductive impurities.
It further eliminates soluble electrolyte components in the water, greatly reducing water conductivity and significantly improving water resistivity to reach high-purity water standards. After long-cycle operation, the resin will gradually reach adsorption saturation. Users can carry out regular manual regeneration and flushing to restore resin exchange activity. The whole polishing process is stable and efficient, effectively solving the problem of insufficient water purity of single RO treatment and ensuring consistent high-resistivity water output.
