This underground mine water desalination system targets high-mineral mine drainage with abundant calcium, magnesium, sulfate and chloride ions. It adopts combined pretreatment + reverse osmosis desalination technology to remove excess mineral salts, heavy metals, suspended sludge and mine dust.
Treated water can be reused for underground mining watering, rock dust suppression, equipment cooling and ground production water, solving mine wastewater discharge and freshwater shortage problems.
Multi-stage sedimentation and precision pretreatment intercept coal mud, rock powder and suspended solids unique to mine water, equipped with high-pollution resistant brackish water RO membranes to avoid frequent membrane blockage and extend service cycle.
The RO main unit efficiently separates soluble mineral salts dissolved in mine water, drastically lowering water TDS, hardness and conductivity. Effectively eliminates pipeline scaling and corrosion caused by high mineral content.
Control cabinets, pumps and electrical components adopt mine explosion-proof grade standards, fully compliant with underground coal mine safety specifications, suitable for narrow underground tunnels and pump chambers.
