Container Mobile Desalination Equipment For Offshore Working Platform
This containerized mobile seawater reverse osmosis desalination system is specially customized for offshore oil & gas working platforms. All pretreatment, high-pressure desalination unit, energy recovery device, disinfection module and explosion-proof control system are fully integrated inside standard ISO containers (10ft/20ft/40ft). It converts raw seawater into qualified fresh drinking and domestic water, solving the high cost and supply instability of transporting fresh water by supply vessels to offshore platforms. The whole machine passes marine safety certifications and adapts to harsh offshore environments of high salt fog, high humidity and strong vibration.

  • Intelligent Unattended Automatic Operation: PLC touch screen remote monitoring system realizes auto backwashing, regular membrane chemical cleaning, online real-time detection of conductivity, pressure and flow. Multi-layer fault alarm and power-off memory function support 24-hour stable unmanned running for offshore crew water supply.
  • Full Anti-corrosion & Long Service Life: Container shell adopts heavy-duty anti-rust salt-fog coating; water-contact pipelines, membrane housings and filters use 316L stainless steel or FRP to resist chloride ion corrosion. Built-in constant temperature heat preservation and ventilation system prevents internal condensation in humid marine environment.
  • Integrated Complete Water Production Chain: Built-in raw water buffer tank, fresh water storage tank and UV sterilization module. Produced fresh water meets GB5749, EU 98/83/EC and EPA drinking water standards for crew drinking, showering, kitchen cleaning and equipment cooling water.
