Working Principle

After purification by the two-stage RO system, qualified inlet water steadily enters the integrated skid-mounted EDI membrane stack. Under a continuous and stable DC electric field, the internal high-efficiency ion exchange resin adsorbs residual trace ions and micro impurities from the water.

Impurity ions achieve directional separation through selective ion exchange membranes and are concentrated and discharged through independent water channels. The system automatically regenerates internal resin during operation without chemical addition, eliminating frequent manual maintenance. Equipped with an integrated PLC intelligent control system, the entire unit automates water intake, circulation, flushing, and water quality monitoring.

The controller dynamically adjusts operating voltage and flow parameters based on real-time water quality changes, ensuring long-term stable and consistent high-purity water output for industrial production.
