Product Overview
This buried MBR integrated sewage treatment system is specially designed for rural village domestic sewage treatment, rural living pollution improvement and rural environmental renovation projects.
Villages produce scattered domestic sewage from daily washing, cooking and bathing. Untreated sewage easily causes soil pollution, water body eutrophication and odor problems. This buried MBR sewage treatment equipment adopts integrated biochemical treatment + MBR membrane separation technology. It realizes efficient removal of COD, ammonia nitrogen, suspended solids and organic pollutants. Adopting underground buried installation, it occupies little ground space, runs automatically with low noise, and is the ideal equipment for rural decentralized domestic sewage treatment.
Working Principle
Village domestic sewage firstly enters the regulating tank to balance water quantity and water quality. Then the sewage flows through anaerobic tank, anoxic tank and aerobic tank for biochemical degradation to decompose organic pollutants and remove nitrogen and phosphorus.
After biochemical treatment, the water passes through the built-in MBR ultrafiltration membrane module for precise solid-liquid separation. Suspended solids, bacteria and macromolecular impurities are thoroughly intercepted. The treated clean water reaches discharge and reuse standards. The system is equipped with automatic sludge return and intelligent operation system to ensure long-term stable treatment effect.
