This mixed bed equipment is filled with high-selectivity anion and cation mixed resin, featuring excellent adsorption and interception performance for soluble silicon and micro colloidal silicon. It enables efficient deep silicon removal and desalination of chemical wastewater, improving water cleanliness to meet industrial reuse and discharge standards.
Pretreated chemical wastewater flows steadily into the mixed bed ion exchange tank. High-activity mixed exchange resin fully contacts the water body, efficiently adsorbing and capturing soluble silicon ions, colloidal silicon, and residual salt impurities.
While completing conventional desalination purification, the equipment achieves targeted deep interception of silicon substances difficult to remove by conventional processes. After long-term cyclic operation, the resin reaches saturation and can be regenerated through manual procedures to restore original high adsorption activity.
