This photovoltaic dedicated ultrapure water equipment is professionally developed for solar cell manufacturing, silicon wafer processing, photovoltaic module production and new energy photovoltaic factories. It adopts advanced two-stage RO + EDI + post mixed bed polishing purification process, equipped with dual-band UV sterilization and online TOC monitoring system.
The equipment deeply removes trace silicon, boron, metal ions, colloidal particles, residual organic carbon and microorganisms in raw water. It stably produces 18.25MΩ*cm electronic-grade ultrapure water that fully meets ASTM and photovoltaic industry super strict water standards.
In solar cell production, wafer texturing, etching, cleaning and diffusion processes are extremely sensitive to water impurities. Ultra-low silicon and boron control effectively avoids wafer surface stains, black spots, low photoelectric conversion efficiency and defective cells, greatly improving photovoltaic finished product yield and production stability.
The whole machine adopts modular skid-mounted structure, featuring compact layout, plug-and-play installation and 24-hour continuous industrial operation, ideal for large-scale photovoltaic mass production lines.
- Industrial Multi-stage Pretreatment System: Multimedia filter, activated carbon filter and automatic softening device remove sediment, rust, residual chlorine and suspended solids, reduce raw water hardness and prevent scaling, protecting core RO and EDI components.
- Two-stage RO Reverse Osmosis Primary Purification: High pollution-resistant industrial RO membranes remove over 99.5% of soluble salts, colloids and macromolecular organic matter, providing stable intermediate water for deep deionization.
- Inter-stage pH Adjustment System: Precise chemical dosing reduces carbon dioxide and silicon content in water, improving EDI working efficiency and avoiding silicon scaling failure.
- EDI Continuous Deep Deionization: No acid-base regeneration required. The EDI module deeply removes trace boron, silicon and ultra-fine ionic impurities which are critical hazards for photovoltaic wafer production.
- UV TOC Degradation & Sterilization: 185nm UV light decomposes organic carbon, 254nm UV eliminates bacteria and algae, effectively controlling TOC at ultra-low ppb level.
- Mixed Bed Polishing & Terminal Precision Filtration: Post-positioned high-purity mixed bed further upgrades water resistivity to reach full electronic grade. 0.22μm terminal filter intercepts fine particles and resin fragments to ensure ultra-clean water for wafer etching and texturing processes.
