This intelligent water softener with real-time hardness online monitor is customized for industrial circulating water systems. It continuously detects water hardness value in real time and triggers automatic resin regeneration only when hardness exceeds the set threshold, instead of fixed-cycle regeneration. It effectively eliminates calcium and magnesium ions to restrain scale formation on cooling towers, heat exchangers, circulating pipelines and chillers, stabilizing circulating water quality and reducing water & salt waste.

Duplex Tank Continuous Water Supply DesignDual resin tanks operate alternately. One tank supplies qualified soft water for circulation while the saturated tank carries out full automatic regeneration without cutting off circulating water supply.
Working Flow
Raw makeup water for circulating system flows into resin tank; calcium and magnesium hard ions are adsorbed to produce low-hardness soft water entering cooling circulation pipeline.
The online hardness probe continuously samples and monitors water quality. Once the detected hardness exceeds preset limit, the system automatically switches to the standby resin tank. The saturated tank executes automatic backwash, brine suction, slow rinse and fast rinse cycle, then stands by for alternate use.
