Product Overview

This High Temperature Resistant EDI System is professional industrial deionized water treatment equipment specially optimized for electroplating workshops, surface treatment factories, and metal processing production lines. Working Principle

Qualified water treated by two-stage RO reverse osmosis steadily enters the high-temperature resistant EDI membrane stack. Under a stable DC electric field, the internal high-efficiency ion exchange resin fully adsorbs residual anions, cations, and trace conductive impurities in the water.

Impurity ions complete directional migration through selective ion exchange membranes and are concentrated and discharged through independent concentrated water channels. The equipment supports automatic electric regeneration of internal resin during continuous operation without any chemical additives, maintaining pure water quality without secondary pollution.

The entire membrane stack and internal accessories employ high-temperature resistant and anti-aging configurations, maintaining stable adsorption and separation efficiency under long-term high-temperature operating conditions.
